For a multinational company in the Telecom industry Capa’s consultant, in the role of Global HR Manager and in close dialogue with the management team, put in place a global HR strategy, policies and procedures requiring constant support, coaching and training of managers in each of the countries where the company operates. The consultant was to start with based in Sweden and then at the Hong Kong office.
For one of Sweden’s largest insurance companies Capa’s consultant, on a regional level, successfully project led the setup and implementation of a new salary review process for approximately 470 employees, including individual coaching sessions for all managers, negotiations with the labour union and regular dialogue with the management team.
For a fast-growing food manufacturing company, Capa’s consultant provided hands on HR support during a major makeover of the company brand, culture and structure, involving numerous redundancies. The consultant laid out the HR related strategy, led negotiations with several labour unions, put together severance pay packages and coached managers in the running of sensitive employee conversations.
For the Scandinavian branch of a global weight loss company Capa’s consultant, during 1,5 years as part of the management team and in the role of Scandinavian HR Manager, built the foundation of their HR strategy and processes involving instituting various HR policies, training managers, communicating with employees and being a driving force of a cultural change. The consultant was also the link to the Global HR organisation, ensuring the communication and implementation of global HR processes.
